Faith Formation News
The first day of classes is September 12th for Sunday classes, September 14 for Tuesday classes, and September 8th for Wednesday classes.
RCIA
The community is encouraged to participate in the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults. For part of the process we need catechists to share our faith with the candidates. We also need sponsors who will act as a personal link between the person seeking full membership and the parish community. The sponsor helps the individual by providing encouragement, answering questions, praying, and introducing them to our community. Individuals are also needed to provide hospitality in a variety of ways throughout the process. The process begins Tuesday, September 14 at 7:30 p.m. in the classroom. If interested or if you have questions, contact Fr. Jim at 475-2667 or see him around the church grounds.
CSS - Catholic Scripture Study
On Tuesday, September 21, we will begin our study of The Book of Romans Join us at 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall. For more information, contact Linda Dillon @ 472-6669.
Sunday Breakfast and Lunch
Each Sunday, after the 10:00 a.m. Mass, a Spanish breakfast will be available in the Social Hall. The cost is $5.00 per person. Lunch will be available after the 12:30 Mass at the same cost. Everyone is invited to enjoy good food and socializing!
Youth Meetings
There will be NO Youth Meetings through the summer - Meetings will resume September 18, 2010.
Spanish Baptism Classes
There will be a Baptism Class for the Spanish each third Saturday of the month. Next class date is September 18, 2010. For more information, contact Elia Solis at 307-5257.

Our Lady of the Highways Day
Mark your calendars! The annual celebration of Our Lady of the Highways Day will be Sunday, September 26 following the 11 am Outdoor Bilingual Mass. We need table sponsors representing diffierent countries and states.
